You can add a link on any page of your site that will allow the visitor to download a file from your site. This is a very easy 2 step process (click on any of the tutorial images to see a larger view of the example image).

After typing your text, click and select the text that you want to server as the link (As an example, you could type: To download, Click Here, then select the text 'Click Here') Next, click the Link to a Document button in the editor bar.
If the file is already on your site, you can select the document from the left window of the pop up window. If you have a new file, select the 'Browse' button to select the file from your computer then click the upload button.
