Login to Web Mail

Web mail allows the user to access their email from any  location and computer with internet access.  There is no software to install  or setup.

Once your email account has been created, you may access your email via webmail.  Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) and point your browser to:

http://webmail.yourdomain.com

(Be sure to replace "yourdomain" with your domain name.)

Enter your user name (the full email address) and your password to access the web mail page.  You will be able to access all of your email for viewing and may reply or send new mail from the web mail interface.  This is an excellent way to retrieve your mail if you are away from your primary computer.

How do I compose a new message in webmail?
  • Click the "Compose" icon at the top of the page.
  • Enter the recipient's email address in the "To:" text box.
  • Enter the text of the message in the text box and click "Send" to send now or "Save Draft" to save the message to send later.

How do I add attachments to email messages in webmail?
  • Click the "Compose" icon at the top of the page. This will open up a new email message.

  • Use the browse feature to locate the file. Click on "Browse..." and use the new window to navigate through your system to locate the file you wish to attach. Once you have found it, click "Open." This will place the file's address in the text box.
